Yes. It's free to play, with optional in-app purchases for time warps, boosts and cosmetics.
Do I need to pay to keep up?
Cosmetics are visual only. Time warps just shorten waiting; everything is playable for free.
Can I transfer my progress to a new phone?
Not yet. Progress is stored on your device. Purchases can be restored with your Apple ID.
