FAQ
Will my progress carry over to a new device or after reinstalling?
Your game progress (slopes, runs, lifts, facilities, coins, and so on) is stored only on your device, and there is no way to transfer it to another device. If you delete and reinstall the app, your progress starts over.
However, cosmetic items you bought (Groomer Paint, Gondola Paint, boards, outfits, and owner gear) can be restored. Open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy them, your items come back.
Income Boost, Offline Boost, Time Warp, and +1 Build Slot take effect the moment you buy them, so they are consumable and can't be restored.
I made a purchase but it didn't show up
Try Restore Purchases in the Shop. You need to be signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy the item.
If the purchase is waiting for approval (for example, through Ask to Buy in Family Sharing), it will be applied automatically once it's approved.
Earnings while the app is closed (offline earnings)
Guests keep skiing while the app is closed. The next time you open the app, you'll see the "Welcome back!" screen. Tap Collect to receive what you earned while you were away.

While Income Boost is active, offline earnings are doubled too.
Runs and lifts don't finish right away (build time)
From your second run and second lift onward, building takes real time (your first run and first lift are free and finish instantly). Anything under construction is shown semi-transparent and doesn't operate until it's finished. You can have up to 2 builds in progress at once.
Construction keeps going while the app is closed, so everything will finish if you wait. There are no runs or lifts you can only get by paying.
What is Time Warp?
A consumable item that moves in-game time forward by 4, 12, or 24 hours. When you buy it, two things happen at once:
- You immediately receive the earnings for that many hours, based on your current earning rate (upkeep is deducted)
- Every run and lift under construction moves forward by that many hours
Tap a run or lift under construction and choose Finish with Time Warp to open the Shop.
I want to start over (reset save data)
Tap the menu button (≡) in the top right, choose Reset Save Data, then tap Reset on the confirmation screen. All progress, including unlocked maps, is erased and you start from the beginning. This can't be undone.
Cosmetic items you've bought stay with you after a reset.
